Veteran Indian actors Rishi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan will be reuniting for a project after previously working together in films like Naseeb, Amar Akbar Anthony and Kabhie Kabhie, The details of which are yet to be revealed. Rishi took to Twitter, where he shared a photograph of Amitabh. He wrote that it is always a pleasure and an honor for him to work with the megastar. Veteran Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala makes her Bollywood comeback with Sunaina Bhatnagar’s Dear Maya. The first trailer of the film was unveiled on May 5 morning. She will also be seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s biopic on Sanjay Dutt where she plays his mom, Nargis Dutt. The plot of the film swirls around teenage kids Anna and Ira, who are best friends living in Shimla. They are intrigued by an old, abandoned Bungalow near their house and Maya Devi, played by Manisha, who lives in the bungalow and has not stepped out for 20 years.
Hollywood director David Lynch has hinted that he may never make a film again. The 71-year-old filmmaker says Hollywood has changed a lot in the last few years and he cannot comprehend how average films do well at the box office.When asked, the director replied that his most recent big-screen outing, 2006’s Inland Empire, was his final film. The director will, however, come back with the revival of his popular TV show, Twin Peaks, later this month for a third season, 16 years after the series ended. Lynch is best known for his films The Elephant Man, Lost Highway, The Straight Story and Mulholland Drive.
