Mastercard’s Eid campaign “Experience Paris with Mastercard” came to a conclusion with an award ceremony held in the capital on July 23. A.K.M Fazlul Haque got the grand prize of an all-expenses paid couple trip to Paris. The campaign sought to boost up digital payment by encouraging the use of cards during the festive Ramadan season, with a range of over 100 exciting gifts such as large-screen TVs, air conditioners, iPhone 7, wrist watches, dinner coupons and gift vouchers. During the campaign period, throughout the month of Ramadan, leading up to June 30, all card - holders earned points by using their Mastercard- Branded Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card for any retail or online transaction of Taka 1000 or above. The card - holders who earned the maximum points by doing more transactions won, based on the frequency of their transactions.
