Sheltech Organized Open House in North Badda

| Navid Ahmed |

Sheltech, one of the pioneers of the real estate industry in Bangladesh, brings the state-ofthe- art apartments for the middle class people of the country. In this regard, the company organized a 4-day Open House from 13 to16 July, at its latest project, Sheltech Renu-Kabir Tower, located at North Badda of the capital. Right next to the bustling commercial center of Gulshan and Baridhara, Sheltech Renu-Kabir Tower is the ideal location for the people who work in Banani, Baridhara, Gulshan and Mohakhali areas. It is also close to reputed educational institutions like Brac University, East West, NSU, IUB, American International School and Sir John Wilson School, thus being an ideal residence for students and teachers of these institutions.

Sheltech Renu-Kabir Tower is a beautiful gated community in North Badda, located about five minutes from Gulshan -1 circle. With 115 innovatively designed apartments, an abundance of community facilities and a large 5-katha children’s open play area, this apartment project offers quality living at an extremely affordable price. The residents of Sheltech Renu- Kabir will have easy access to all the urban conveniences of Dhaka City. Renowned hospitals and medical facilities such as United, Apollo, Badda General, IBN SINA and Prescription Point are within close distance of Sheltech Renu-Kabir Tower, and the mega shopping complex, Jamuna Future Park, is within 10 minutes of the project. In future, the land value of the project will increase exponentially from what it is today, because of its close proximity to the MRT route in Pragati Sharani and Madani Avenue, and its closeness to the 130-feet proposed road connecting Jatrabari and Uttara, intersecting Bashabo, Badda and Purbachol.
